in Canada, the sales in stores happen at the end of each season and generally there is always a sale rack in each store. and of course boxing day is a huge blowout of sale craziness. but sales are always on.
in Spain there are two times in the year (sales is rebajas in Spanish). everything in stores is marked down 50-70% and its crazy busy. But it was a perfect time to go shopping and buy 3 shirts for only €18! and from nice stores like Zara (and there are about 5 of them on Gran Vía and surrounding streets).
Can´t wait for January when this shopping madness happens again!
