study tour - i'm on a boat

Thanks to the government of Bilbao, we were treated to a lovely study tour. There is this river that connects to the Atlantic Ocean and the boat trip was on said river.

Since the government was paying, they also threw in catering for around 130 people - we were only about 60 :) There was delicacies from the Basque country and Spanish food as well - from Salmon appetizers to mini sandwiches to Spanish omelet to fruit skewers and plates of dessert and all the soda you could drink.

We hit every type of weather from sunny to windy to rainy to huge gusts of wind - but it was all part of the experience. The scenery was BEAUTIFUL and words can't describe it (that's why you should look at the pictures).

And instead of looking at the beauty around, the AIESEC people were doing roll calls! WHAT?! if you are not in AIESEC, I'm glad you don't understand what I'm saying and if you are in AIESEC... alas, you probably think it was a good idea too. i instead just took pictures and videos and did not partake in the joyous dancing on a boat. the boat crew seemed to enjoy the entertainment as they blew the boat horn and were nearly on the floor laughing their heads off.
